With a strong background in business analysis, project management, and software development, Pratik has successfully contributed to all phases of the IT project lifecycle including requirements gathering, software design, test case development, and production support. His strong analytical and technical capabilities enable him to solve complex business problems and implement robust IT solutions. Pratik excels at forming partnerships with stakeholders, vendors, and project team members to ensure successful and timely delivery of quality-driven technology that has a measurable impact and value to our customers.

Pratik came to SSG from Berklee College of Music where he served as a Web Operations Manager. He received a Master of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
