Lesly Jean-Paul
Project Manager

Lesly brings over 16 years of IT experience in overall project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), process improvements, resource management, communication planning and documentation, among other areas. He is a resourceful, versatile, and innovation-minded leader who has supported projects as a project manager, business systems analyst, developer, DBA and help desk engineer. Lesly has a proven track record successfully delivering multi-faceted, cross-functional projects that are on time, within budget, meet quality standards, and satisfy all organizational objectives.

Prior to joining SSG, Lesly worked as a Project Manager for Sapient where he managed a globally distributed delivery model utilizing the Agile methodology for international consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Lesly has managed projects in several business sectors including corporate finance, human resources and business intelligence. He has a BS in both Finance and Management Information Systems from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
