Hank is a proven IT consultant with over 15 years of experience. He brings process discipline to technology projects and teams with varying scope and complexity. Hank has participated in every facet of the software development life cycle; including project management, requirements definition, quality assurance, and systems analysis and design. Hank specializes in [the development of] client facing and internal systems, new installations and conversions, as well as enhancements and updates to existing systems. With his strong background in Business/Systems Analysis, Hank approaches each project by not only prioritizing the business objectives, but also aligning the system requirements and solution to those objectives.

Hank graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BA in Classics, and earned his MBA and MS in Information Systems from Boston University. Prior to joining SSG, Hank held numerous positions at Fidelity Investments as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, and Systems Analyst.
