Mr. Goncalves brings 20 years of managerial, operational and human resources experience to SSG. Fernando’s diverse professional management and operational background draws from his past successes working within international corporations, as an entrepreneur and a consultant. His expertise in customer service, developing human relations, building team camaraderie, and managing State, Federal and corporate compliance ensures the strongest possible human infrastructure and team productivity for our projects.

Prior to coming to SSG Fernando held the position of Human Resources/Facilities Manager at ThingMagic, a Division of Trimble Navigation. Fernando received his BS from Johnson & Wales University.
